What do you guys think my allroad is worth in a private sale?
I listed it in auto trader for $34.5K, thinking I'd just put a fair price and not overshoot, then haggle down. I've received two very interested calls within 2 days of placing the ad. Maybe it's too low? Some other dude has one listed for $38.5K with more miles.
My 2001 allroad has just about everything but warm weather package. My previous post about selling my allroad got deleted, so please, no offers from this forum for purchasing my car, I'm just wondering what my fellow allroad experts think is a reasonable asking price for my car.

Neb drop me an email, would like to know whats happening.
Also my 2002 with less then 12K was going to be bought by the dealer for $38K, (and we know they wouldn't do it unless they could make some money!)

Track a few auctions on ebay and see what they are going for...
$34.5 if definitely fair, might be a little low.
Are you getting rid of your Blitzsafe adapter?
What's replacing the ar?

Yeah, I think I might ask $35,200 now...
I want something that doesn't cost $600/mo, gets better gas mileage and is still practical for a family of 4. I'm seriously in love with the Honda Element right now... kind of a poor man's allroad. :-)

Neb, considering the same thing....
We love the allroad but considering the Murano or God forbid maybe even a minivan. With a 3 year old and a newborn it's hard to get them both in the back seat with all the car seat laws. I hate having to move the driver and passenger seats so far forward to make room for the kids in the back.
My new commuter car should be here any day. I ended up passing on the G35 and purchased a Mini S.

Going to put my
2002 on ebay. After the way the French and Germans have acted toward the US I just can't drive German cars. Wife got rid of her 540 and got a Jag. I'm going to try a loaded CTS. Haven't had an American car (some SUV's and trucks) in 20 years. But it drove OK even though it lacked items suh as lumbar supports and grab handles in the roof above the deriver and passenger doors. Still have my Landcruiser if I need a SUV.
