what to use to clean bumpers
my encounter last night was not as scuff-free as I initially thought. I have a two inch stripe of white paint just under left headlight on the bumper. skin isnt torn, but wondering what to use to get it off? Is rubbing compound gooig to smudge the hell out of the flat grey paint? thx

you may want to try a good cleaner wax or
a clay bar. Work on it for a while and you might be surprised with the results. Same thing happened to my back bumper last summer, 15-20 minutes of time and all is good as new. You also may want to get Troy H on this one.

3M hand glaze or Meguire's No. 7
These are very light compounds, a LOT lighter than plain rubbing compound. I used them on my bumpers as well as other plastic parts and they look awsome!! Of course, it rained the next day.
