Default Anyone know of a good place in South/Central Denver for alignment? I have

35600 miles and have not had an alignment. Noticed that the fronts are showing some wear on the outside tread surfaces. The AR drives straight and does not drift right/left or pull in either direction. But the tire wear would seem to indicate the need for an alignment. Shows on both r/l sides the same pattern. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Even an indy shop who might know who to use. Thank you.

Default You could attempt to have the dealer do it as part of Audi Maint.

Some do some don't some say only at 10K miles. Its according to your book..read it and use the info within the Audi Assured section.
My dealer did at about 28K...with the H-sports in place and 402 mod level 2.

Default Sorry, I am not a football fan. But if you are talking anything with wheels

that goes around a track, THEN you have my attention.

Default You got lucky, or they just love Paulroad as much as AW'ers do. Normally, alignment

is like a new car adjustment under warranty and that part of the coverage ends at 12/12000.

Default Aw...shuks.....That's the point of Audi Assured..there is no new car adjustment period...

That went the way of the 12K mile warranty on 65 pontiacs.

Read the warranty in the book, read the portion under AA.. I guess Anchor..my dealer... follows the guidelines. The told me that you are entitled to 1 maintenence allignement (MY03) in the 4 year/50K. Other alignments are subject to associated work needed, ie. turbos, fronte end parts, etc.

Default Call Werner's Mastertek near Lowery.

Rolf Werner is Audi Master Technician who started his own shop around 10 or 15 years ago. they are well known for doing the 2nd best alignments in town.

the best seem to come from Tire Source up in Boulder.

Default Thank you. I don't mind driving to Boulder if that is the

best in town. I would rather have the best then have issue later. I will also call Werner's.Thank you, I always like to have a recommendation from someone.
