It was documented a while ago, but...

You basically get a Blitzsafe adapter that fools your BOSE into thinking you have a CD changer, and it gives you AUX inputs from the trunk. Then just simply run a 1/8 to RCA cable from the front to the back... really easy. I got the iPod holder from www.everythingipod.com

I think that there is a 02/03 compatible Blitzsafe adapter now too.
