Did you check the compressor that hi can reach the 16 Bar ? About the "solution" Check to see if it fixe your issue. If not look for a pressure leak from the system

Compressor is new, check for leaks performed and no leak was found. The acomulator seems to be setup to keep only 1,6bar. Very strange

The system checks the air pressure in several places (and shows different results)

. In each of the 4 corners. In the pressure tank. And on the red pressure line ( See attached file ) to make sure there are no leaks from this area

I performed the water & soap test and no leaks. I had leaks in the past and the suspension decrease high over nigth. 2 days stoped and didn’t decrease high. Isn’t the g291 sensor who mensure the pressure for the 5 lines?

Yes the G291 is the presure sensor. It is inside the valve block and is not replaceable. I would check the wiring from the valve block or the valve block may need replacing.

Any ideas? The wires seems to be ok. I’ll wait until the weekend and i haver to tale a decision if I’ll take it to AUDI store. It Will be expensive but I need the problem solved.
