CAMPAIGN REIMBURSEMENT
Have a 2014 Quattro A4. Had breather valve replaced at garage in 2017 because I live 200 miles from Audi Service Center and the car needed immediate service. Submitted invoice and proof of payment in May 22018 to get reimbursed since this was a recall/campaign item. Received claim number but no reimbursement -- it's been 45 days. Keep calling cust service but get no real answer. Don't they realize they're killing off a future customer? Has anyone else had any luck with this kind of issue?
