Would it be a conflict of interest if RMC rep didn't give members notice of ACNA Nomination date?

If one of the four:
Kris Loveless
Craig Liechty
Nick Pinto
<b>Don Gruenler</b>

is left off the ACNA election ballot, is on your CO board, and another (who may or may not have had to spread the election date change around to his membership) is on the ballot, should we scrutinize this issue?

Plus I see you have minutes talk about censure, the same person who didn't get notice from a chapter rep about the ACNA date change?

What should I know?

Who is your chapter rep on the July 2, 2008 call?<ul><li><a href="http://www.audiclubrmc.org/index.php?option=com_docman&amp;task=cat_view&amp; gid=32&amp;Itemid=74">&lt;b&gt; EDIT: I found the 2008 BoD minutes through a spearate thread path</a></li></ul>
