Any US Deliveries Since June 7th?
I am wondering if anyone has taken delivery of an e-tron NOT AFFECTED by the recall since it was announced on June 7th. I'm trying to figure out why my car is stuck at its US port for so long. Would also be interested to know how long people have waited for their cars to clear port of entry.

I took delivery on June 8th but had a significant delay from the time it finally arrived in Houston port (long delay due to the spill that happened in the Houston shipping channel) to when it arrived at the dealer. It arrived in Houston (I was tracking ship on vesselfinder) on the 20th of May. It didn't flip status to "released to carrier" until 10 days later on May 30th. Then dealer didn't report arrival until the 6th. My etron is not impacted by the recall. The dealer thought the long delay in port might have been because of memorial day weekend but that was just speculation I think. Could have been a hold to your point about the recall.

I talked to an Audi service rep. Though I had not heard mine had arrived in Houston, he yesterday said it arrived at that port June 8th. He claimed it takes 1-2 weeks to be released due to "government safety checks." I'm kind of skeptical that our government performs safety checks on individual vehicles.

Mine arrived in Houston on June 5th. According to my dealer, it was loaded on a truck for delivery to Seattle on June 11th. My VIN is not affected by the recall.
