It is possible. I'm not worried about it. These sort of liabilities run all through life and work and somehow we/I survive.

I have driven an EV for 10+ years and I know to be more careful with slow moving objects. More than pedestrians small animals are the issue in my area.
The Audi also has an excellent pedestrian collision avoidance system that will work for far better this noise maker. Personally I could not stand the 'noise'.
