Default Audi Phone Box

I noticed in my owners manual pack, there is a one page document about registering the phone box signal booster with your wireless carrier. I tried to do this in my Verizon account, but Audi does not give all of the info I need to register (serial number, FCC ID and something else), so I couldn’t complete it.

Not sure I understand the need for this. Is this the modern day equivalent of cutting the tags off a mattress??

I am on T-Mobile, I google-searched and found this page https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-9827 and have all the info I needed ( ie Make, Model and Serial# ) from that single page Audi doc.
And I successfully got a "Congratulations! Signal Booster is registered. OK"

Nice. Where can you find the serial number for the booster?

My serial number was blank. Guessing this was supposed to be filled in by the dealership when they did their prep.
