According to my dealer the quote was based on excellent credit. I did not have a credit check done today (considering purchasing through my business to take advantage of the tax credit). I am in OH. Dealer mentioned the 2.9% was good up to 66 months, not sure about the 1.9% or the .0025 MF but definitely going to ask now!

That's crazy. A .0032 money factor is equivalent to a 7.68% APR (.0032 x 2400). I don't understand why there is such a huge disparity between the APR on a purchase and a lease. And, a 45% residual is not even worth talking about. Audi works with Ally Bank. You may want to ask you dealer to get quotes from Ally.

Could anyone who has received a lease proposal for a Q8 post the details? And, could anyone with a lease proposal for the e-Tron? I'm wondering if there is any difference. AFS is crediting the Federal Tax Credit and that should reduce the lease payments. But, the residual for the Q8 "may" be higher, so the final payment could be a wash between the two. I'm comparing the Q8 with the e-Tron because I think they are close to equivalent for appointments, fit/finish, and cost. I ask because the Q8 has no "range anxiety" and my gasoline cost for 1000 mi/month would be about $150-$200/mos. If the lease payment for a Q8 is $200/mos less than the e-Tron, that could be very interesting. If it's equal, that's also intersting as one could get all the benefits of an equivalent EV, with no downside.

In other threads the residual has been 50% on 36/15k with audi care on a prestige. So probably 51/52% on 36/12k.

39/15k is coming out at 45%

Default Etron Lease

See attach lease deal. I didn’t get the details behind it but I got a recent lease with about the same numbers for an iPace. I am leaning towards getting the Model 3 on lease. However, none of the manufacturers are offering good lease deals but surprisingly the model 3 seems to be the best and I doubt I will keep the car more then 2 years. I just think the interior of the Model 3 is dull but the range, charger network, 0-60 and constant software updates is intriguing to a techie like me.

Ok, so Audi USA put the kibosh on getting the $1495 rebate for edition one owners that didn't actually pre-order one.

The dealer made it work by giving another $1500 on my trade..

Here's my deal 36/12k (there's no sales tax on EV's in NJ and I'm adding audi care which will bump up the residual to 50%)

Good job on your deal!! I think there's misconception on the Edition One "rebate" - it's not really a rebate or a discount but from what I understand it's the way Audi is adjusting the MSRP on delivered Edition One's to be equal to the MSRP that existed at the time of reservation. Audi is making good on the original MSRP.
