Mine says en route but has been in port since last week. The description text did change to "wait will it makes its way to dealer" or something. No one seems to know an exact day it'll get to the dealer. We're only 50 or so miles from the Port so it shouldn't take long.

Ha...50 miles from the port is close compared to the 500 yards my car has to travel to get out of the factory

That's why it makes me even more impatient that it has been sitting since Thursday.

Within an hour after my post above, my e-tron's status was updated to "U.S. arrival". "Your new Audi e-tron has made it to the U.S. and is on the way to your dealer. You will be contacted upon its arrival at the dealership".
According to the dealer, it could be tomorrow. We'll see.

"In production" does not seem to mean much of anything. Mine went to that state on 4/9/19 and is still there. (Three weeks and counting). Some have seen their car jump out of that state in a few days while others are over a month. So, in production seems to bear no relation to how much time it actually takes to assemble the car. For reference, the last car I had built was a McLaren 570S. That took all of a week to go through the assembly process and it was a completely hand built vehicle with an almost infinite number of option/configuration combinations as compared to the Audi which is far more limited in options and is mostly robot built.

Audi's update system is seriously flawed. Maybe mine is blocking yours from getting out of the factory while it's trying to find its way out. Doors must be locked and the cars are stuck. LOL. I spoke to Audi last week and was told it's on a boat but when I asked what boat they couldn't tell me but they did say to expect it in 8 to 10 weeks.

Mine has been in production since 4/13. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to their production system. I don't know why they're using this web site order tracking system when they can't seem to post accurate updates. What a waste. The Audi e-tron customer service phone line adds another layer of fog to the process with their vague timeline information, and my dealer is giving me dates that completely contradict what Audi customer service is telling me.

Edition One ordered Sept 15th 2018, is on the ground at the port in Northern CA past customs. No word yet on transport to the dealer, but Audi emailed to say they are issuing a refund to the deposit.
