Is this how you claim the 1000kwh free for e-tron owners?

The free charging was not mentioned to me. My dealership did a decent job explaining the car, but it's clearly very new and they don't know all the details. I can't fault them too much, but it does seem maybe Audi hasn't successfully educated the dealers on the ins and outs. I took my salesperson for a drive because he had not been out in one yet. Understandable since all the cars they have received are for reservation holders.

I do see where you can click on the link in MyAudi to claim the 1000kWh, but mine says there is an error and to try again in 24 hours. I get to the part where you enter your cell # and accept the terms, then it fails. Anyone successfully completed this?

I think some parts of the app may just be a web page... this is how it looks on iOS for whatever that’s worth

Looks the same on Android. My sales person is the technologist at the dealership (didn't know that was a thing) so I got a pretty good run down of things which was nice. I was told that's how we claim and use our 1000 free hours of charging - you must unlock your credit and then initiate your charges through the MyAudi app. You enter the charger ID in the app. Functionality is also supposedly coming where the app will track your usage and show a remaining balance.
