MyAudi Reservation Disappeared
 

Last night when I checked production status on MyAudi my reservation had disappeared. Same thing this morning. I am presented with the option to start anew with "Reserve Your E-tron." Anyone else experiencing a similar problem. I plan to call Audi later this morning but thought I would check if this is a broader problem or only an issue with my reservation.

My reservation page won't load. Car was "leaving factory" yesterday.

I think the website is down. I can't get it to load. I doubt the reservation is lost.

Talked to Audi hotline. Reservation is in tact. All attempts to get MyAudi page back to normal have been unsuccessful. Sound like it might be a problem specific to my browser/computer.

Yes. I am able to log on now with my Mac, Safari and Firefox browsers.

Still no joy on accessing my e-tron reservation. Contacted Audi support. They told me this was a known issue affecting some number of reservation holders. They are working on a fix to the myAudi website and asked me to check it again in 24-48 hours.

I contacted the Audi e-tron support line just now. I learned that the myAudi problem appears to only affect people who have an additional Audi registered. Because I am not subscribed to any services I simply deleted my Q5 from the system. Logged out and back in twice and my e-tron reservation was restored. This may not be an option for other folks but I think it was a big clue for the support team and hopefully they will fix this soon.
