Default "MyAudi" site not showing status

This may not affect all users, but for many (me included) the MyAudi login no longer shows the "battery" icon with the car's status. All you get is a hearty welcome and links to videos and info. Guess they gave up trying to match posted status with true status. Last I saw, mine was leaving factory - unchanged for 4 weeks.

The site is working correctly for me. I'm currently on week 3 of "In Production"

suttoni,

I am having the same problem with myAudi. I have not been able to get a status update since shortly after April 18th. VERY FRUSTRATING. Audi is aware of and has acknowledged the problem. It only affects a limited number of myAudi account holders. I have provided them with screenshots and details to help them debug the problem.
From my perspective it seems as if my reservation has become unlinked from my account. Also, I get an error message if I try to select my preferred dealer. I have been bugging Audi for three weeks now. Suggest you call them as well to help increase pressure to solve this issue.

I contacted the Audi e-tron support line just now. I learned that the myAudi problem appears to only affect people who have an additional Audi registered. Because I am not subscribed to any services I simply deleted my Q5 from the system. Logged out and back in twice and my e-tron reservation was restored. This may not be an option for other folks but I think it was a big clue for the support team and hopefully they will fix this soon.

That can not be the reason as I have no Audis. The dealer said the company could be upgrading the site but who knows.

Definitely let them know that is the case. Sorry to get hopes up. Just passing along what worked for me.
