problems managing profiles
 

I'm trying to set up profiles for me and my wife on our new Edition One. I don't think it matters but we both have accounts on myAudi and both are configured into the e-Tron. We have 2 profiles set up and we can swap back and forth no problem (cool to see the favorites on the tool bar change depending on the profile) but the seat settings (and mirrors) are all wonked out. That is, if we set the seats on a certain profile then switch back and forth we may or may not get those settings. Any ideas on how to reliably set seat (and mirror and presumably steering wheel) settings in profiles?

Is anyone else using profiles and if so does it work for them? They are generally working for me - just the seat and related settings are not properly saved!

I set a profile and it worked for a few days then stopped, I deleted it and started over and it now works. However, I too have an issue where sometimes the seat will not recall when I start the car from its exit mode and I have to use the recall button which by the way is in a terrible location in the door well. They should add the recall setting to the MMI under Users or Seats like Tesla
