Looks like a group of journalists got the opportunity to drive the e-tron in South Africa to test mild off roading, hill decent control, and stability control features.

Autogefühl videos are usually good and this is one of the best of the Africa reports. There's good description and video of the stability control modes, regen options, interior lighting, and headlight streering (corner illumination).

Another good video. A couple of things covered: a launch control demo, regen paddle indication on the virtual cockpit, use of the rear seat climate control, and you can find out how far you can recline the front seat.
