climate control error
For the past week, my climate control (from the app) hasn't worked...great timing as it is about 0*! I keep getting the message that a technical error occurred - there is. along error number if that makes a difference to anyone? Any thoughts on how to get this working again...it's needed!

My phone... no but I did logout/in of the app... guess I'll turn it all off and see. ugh...I usually try all that stuff first but in thinking it was just an app thing, I didn't think of the whole phone.

Trying going to the myaudi website and logging out of your account there, then log back in. Sometimes that seems to help the app communicate with the car when simply logging out/back in on the App fails.

So it sounds like your climate control works in the vehicle. Does the A/C work? See if when you push the A/C button does it light up red (or green if in ECO mode). If it turns off the moment you push it, you have a problem.
I had an A/C sensor fail in my e-tron last August which prevented the A/C from working even though the blower still worked and the heat would have worked. I couldn't use the app to remote start the climate control with the A/C not functional.
