Factory Reset?

Is there any sort of “bigger” factory reset than the one available from the menus? I’d like to fully reset my mmi now that I’ve had a few updates in recent months to see if I can address some of the outstanding issues.

to clarify, not just the usual 10-sec restart, but a full “set car up as new” since I have some time today to redo everything.

In the end the menu-based reset has actually seemed to help with a few issues, but will have to see whether this is permanent or temporary (I trust nothing).

Out of interest, what were/are your issues and probably worth putting your s/w version here to see if others had/have the issue and if an upgrade sorted it
