Login to Audi connect in car?
Just received my 2021 Audi E-Tron to replace my S5. I have set myself as key user in car with no problem. I can login to the MyAudi app (IOS) and have key user shown there and I am receiving data from the car as expected. I can login to the MyAudi website, but I cannot login to Audi Connect when prompted in the car and just get “Your login was not successful. Please try again later”. The MyAudi app also show “The Audi connect infotainment service are not yet connected to the vehicle. Please enter your MyAudi email address and your password into the vehicle MMI”
If I try to use things like Google Satellite Maps or send a destination to the car from the MyAudi app I get a message saying my Subscriptions have expired. I have tried multiple times to contact Audi Connect support, but after 3/4 hour on hold I gave up. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks David |
did you try this one:
Audi of America, Inc. Customer Experience Center 3800 Hamlin Road Auburn Hills, MI 48326 United States of America Tel. +1 800 822 2834 |
My experience is that it may take multiple tries. Try at different times too. Their system is super finicky.

Agreed - I have performed numerous resets (100+) on mine due to other issues in the last 3 months and get this message in trying to log back in 1 in 5 times.
This included a loaner I had that was less than a few months old so as above, its finicky to say the least :) |

I have no problem signing in with the key user, I've had so many issues adding a secondary user, it never works.

I've been having the exact same issue since doing a factory reset on my MMI. I called AudiUSA customer serverice and after 1+ hours on the phone I finally leaned that the myAudi backend server is down for logins from the MMI.
Yes, you can still log in as key user and yes you can still log in from the app/web client. No go for now on logins from the car. You aren't the only one!!!! Customer service agent gave no estimate on when it would be fixed, but it's deff on their (Audi's) end. |

Okay, fixed my problem, I had to go into MyAudi Marketplace in the MyAudi app and then Shop Audi Connect and them activate the 6 month trial. After this my car was connected to the internet via the Verizon Trial and I was able to login to the MMI and everything else now works.
