That’s what I don’t understand. We all have essentially the same software, yet you’re having many more issues than most. I would think there’s nothing different in the software loaded in your car. Hardware issues would make more sense to me. Granted I’ve got a MY 21, but I have had virtually no issues other than the 5 minute charging cycle after the charge is complete. But even that is easily circumvented for most of us with the ‘unlock after charging’ fix discovered by a member here.
I agree if it was software we would all be seeing the same problem. It has to be a hardware issue with that particular MMI. Likely some variation in component specification that is causing the problem. They should be changing the hardware in these instances.
This is a hardware problem. Still no updates from the dealer. Almost 2 weeks and counting. I cannot submit for a buy back request without a work order and nobody can provide me one yet. Super frustrating.
The e-tron already has a very relative low range compared to some other electric vehicles and now mine is getting worse. When I charge to 80% my e-tron says I have 88 miles of range. Based on driving data and the battery gauge dropping this does seem to be accurate. There are no errors or warning displayed. I first noticed this about 3 weeks ago. Based on the data in myAudi app I am averaging approximately ~2.3mi to 2.5mi per kwh. I should be getting way more range than this. I am going to call the dealer yet again tomorrow to see what they can do. Attached is some data from the app. Has anyone else experienced this before? I am concerned I have problems with my battery.
I identified this issue last winter , ongoing discussions with the dealership syntax have got me nowhere. During winter months 100% is 100 miles which is ridiculous given the size of the beast.
