Remote services unavailable
 

SInce yesterday, I can't remotely lock/unlock or heat/cool my E-tron. The app (both on iOS and Android) gives an error saying that the car can't be reached. It's not location based, wherever the car is parked, I get the same error.
Strangely enough, when the car is charging, it correctly communicates the battery level, so there is communication between the car an the app.
Any ideas ?

Same issue here when I tried to use pre-condition (Stationary Climate Control) yesterday through the app.

I have the same problem which started yesterday. It’s only affecting my e-tron as the app works normally for my wife’s Q7. I put in a call to Audi and they are looking into it. I guess it may be a system issue.

Same issue here. Cant update data from vehicle as it states "Vehicle status could not be retrieved. Retrieval not possible."

My issue was the same, but today everting is back to normal updates.

Yes, I tried remote climate this afternoon (morning US) and it was working.

Same here, this morning (European time) it didn't work, now all is fine. Somebody finally pushed a button at Audi HQ :-)
