Audi European Delivery Specialist Kathy Bis
 

For those of you who have already done the European Delivery (ED) Program at Audi you no doubt dealt with Audi of America's ED Specialist, Kathy Bis, since most ED details are handled by AoA once the order leaves the dealership. I found her to be extremely accessible and helpful and regrettably learned that she will be leaving her current position and possibly Audi.

In Kathy's own words, "GW is the European Delivery Specialist located in Herndon, VA. Gary is my successor and will take over my position starting January 3, 2009. Due to the relocation of Audi of America Headquarters from Auburn Hills, MI to Herndon, VA, I was not able to move due to family obligations here in MI. I have been with Audi for eight years and am very passionate about the brand and European Delivery Program. I started this program from the ground up two years ago and truly believe in the European Delivery experience for our customers and am emotionally committed to it so this will be very difficult for me. The only department remaining in Auburn Hills, MI is Audi Customer Care and I am hoping there will be a position there in the future."

I have already sent an email to the powers to be at Audi to let them know how much help Kathy was to me and expressed hope that she will remain at Audi.
