Default Customer Center and luggage?

So I got my final packet from AudiUSA with all of the final confirmation and required documentation. My schedule is as follows:

I'm ariving in Munich easly Sunday morning, and will be spending Sunday night at the Kempinski Hotel at the Airport. The driver will pick me up at 8:30 Monday morning for check-in at the Audi Forum at 9:30. The museum and factory tour are set for before lunch, with the actual vehicle delivery being after lunch at 2:30 at which point I'm driving to Salzburg.

Since I'm leaving straight from the Forum, I will obviously need to bring all of my luggage with me. I had thought that the vehicle delivery would be first, at which point it would have been easy to stash everything in the trunk, but since I'm not getting the car until later in the afternoon, is there anywhere at the Forum to store my stuff until I actually take delivery of the car?

Default How long from when you paid...until you received final delivery paperwork?

From the day you paid/did contract, how many days until you received the final delivery paperwork.

BTW, have a good trip and post pics.

Default Re: Almost two weeks for me

I paid for the car on 9/13 and received my final packet this morning (9/26). That might be a bit longer than usual since I don't think the dealer processed the payment until the following Monday (9/17), and the final paperwork delivery got delayed an additional day (AudiUSA called to verify the info before sending it out, but I wasn't able to return their call until the next day).

Default Interesting, I thought it was delivery first followed by tour also..

that is opposite of what other's have reported, but I'm sure they have some sort of conceirage to accomodate you. I think Audi would be prepared considering they are picking customers up from the hotel.

What model did you go with for your European Delivery? Have a good trip Sunday, let us know how it goes!

Default Re: TT 3.2 S-Line

I assume that during the 9:30 check-in I will be able to store my luggage, but I was hoping to verify that with someone who's done it. My schedule breaks down as follows:

Check-in: 9:30
Museum: 10:00 - 11:00
Factory Tour: 11:30 - 1:30
Lunch Break: 1:30 - 2:30
Delivery: 2:30 - 3:30

I was expecting check-in, delivery, museum, lunch, factory, or something along those lines, but I think I'm going to like my assigned schedule better since I won't have to wait between delivery and actually getting to drive it. Although obviously if you were hoping to skip the tours and get right to driving it would be less than ideal...

Default I think I like your schedule also. I'm still two weeks away from my trip

so I haven't been assigned any final details as of yet. I'm hoping to be able to go into the dealer by the weekend to take care of the paperwork.

They will store your luggage for you upon arrival. You can simply claim the luggage once you are ready to leave the center.

Default Yes, they handle the luggage...

When you arrive at the forum, they take your luggage back somewhere on a trolley, and then it's sitting next to your car when you take delivery. It's all quite well done.
