The question is whether this was a VAG call or Audi/Audi of America call.

Speaking of which, they're taking so long to even announce the 2019 TT RS that I might be able to experience Euro Delivery after-all, in the form of a 992.

It is a shame that they are ending the program for US buyers.

I'm also considering options for our next ED in 2020. Macan is one of them, but lowest on the list. Porsche has the least favorable pricing of the alternate programs. MB, BMW & Volvo all have better ED programs considering what you get for your money (discount, lodging, etc). MB is probably the best at the moment. I'm leaning towards GLC model either a 300 or AMG43. Waiting till later this year to see what the actual brand offerings will be for the 2020/21 MY for ED in Sept 2020 (target for next ED). Then I'll do some test drives and price bartering to make the final decision.

I can report the Volvo ED program is AMAZING...and incredibly affordable. It's a great program from a great company. Audi could learn a thing or two from them (and others)...

it's def got the most freebies out of all of them. incl 2 airplane tickets. bigger discount. etc. You MUST buy or finance the car though, where with Audi you could've leased

Sorry that Audi cancelled ED. It's time for me to trade in my S7 in the spring and I wanted to seriously consider the new RS5. Did ED with my Q7 in 2016 and we loved the experience. Hoping they will bring ED back within the next 6- 8 months. I really want to do my new car ED so if they don't bring it back I think I will go MB AMG C63 S.

I know it's not the same, but various rental car agencies in Germany have some fun options for cars. We've done ED twice, but now renting is so much easier and I can get a pretty fun car.

For example Sixt (Hertz of Europe) has the S6 Avent, A7, E63 Avant & Sedan and the M850 Coupe to rent from the Munich location.

hey Kris H! Its Feb 2020

Audi has the RS6 (+S6) coming to N.A. but...

on ED as of now... still no ED plans?
-which Audis are built in Ingolstadt?
-is there a list of DE built Audis?
(so dealers are not bothered when selling an Audi)

dha5 at hotmail

Thx

There are no official plans, the Audi ED program is still very much dead. As for the production locations along with what lines are built at each location you can go here: https://www.audi.com/en/company/profile/locations.html

Last year for our Spain tour we end up with Smart 4dr with sport package- it was fun to drive, only one carrying on suitcase can feet in trunk and another was on rear seat. Let me get few pics upload.
