Awesome job on the video. Brought back great memories of my 3 European Deliveries, albeit for BMWs. I did tour the Audi Forum on my last trip and it was fantastic. Currently also driving an A6 Quattro. Great car. I know you will enjoy yours.

Do you want nice "carpet" looking ones or a heavy rubber protection mat? I have the WeatherTech rubber mats on the Mercedes and the Audi mats from the dealer in the Audi. Both are great for their purposes. Her in Ohio, a daily driver needs the rubber mats for Winter.

As soon as I pick up my car in US from ED, I trow BMW rubber mats and for last 9 year just wash them few times a year. Brand new "carpet" looking that I get in Munich is stored in my garage.

Straight from the FTC:
Thank you so much for that reply. I've been fighting this battle over on the BMW website, Fodor's and other European travel websites for years: it's a waste of good beer money to buy that stupid booklet. An 8 year old school kid in a rural Slovenian village could discern your name, address and birthdate from your American driver's license. Besides, almost everyone in Europe understands some English. The only time you might need a translation of your DL is if you visit Greece or Russia where they use a different alphabet. In 40 years of European travel I have been stopped maybe 5 times by the police and never needed to show the International Driver's License. My Pennsylvania or VA version was good enough. No car rental agency ever asked for one either. It's a scam. It bugs me that so many fall for AAA's ripoff. I also don't understand why Americans prefer to stay in Marriotts and Hiltons instead of Gasthofs and Zimmer Frei accomodations when in Europe.

"To each his own" as they say.
