I was meeting up with some people there expecting to just ride along for a couple laps, and even though technically the track says they do not allow cars with temporary export plates, the general consensus among our group was to press the issue and make them tell me no. I'm glad I did, since it turns out no one said a word and I got my laps in. Your milage may vary, but if you're in the area on an open track day I'd recommend giving it a shot. The worst they can do is to say no.
