We had no issues keeping her below 4K RPMs while still hitting 120mph+.
However, on a previous drive from Munich to Neckarsulm we took the B16 to B25 to the A7. The "B" roads are not unlimited so no worries about break-in and was still a great drive.
Amazed at the hop farms in area. Acres and acres of glorious hops...

I was told to keep it under 3000 rpm during break-in. I did exceed that briefly accelerating to get out of someone's way.
