Picking up the S6 on Wed. morning. Only concern is the weather in Bavaria -- very cold with some snow, which may be a challenge for the S6's high performance summer tires...maybe the quattro can compensate, or maybe I can buy a snow sock or something similar at the Audi store. I'll post pix and a report on my return.

Audi's are amazing on snow. Don't worry too much.

It may only affect your ability to go up high-altitude mountain roads...if they are closed.

You may want to stop at a Shell station and buy a bag of windshield squirter. They sell it in plastic bladder bags, with a spigot. You may end up using alot of it...though you'll pick up the car with a full reservoir.
