Hello Everyone. We just got back from picking up an A5 and driving it to Amsterdam. We're wondering how long people are waiting to get their car. Dealer said 8 weeks maximum, Audi European Delivery Guide says 11 to 13 weeks. We live in Arizona and the car is shipping to San Diego.

Dropped off in Frankfurt, Oct. 18, 2016; shipping to San Diego. Arrived at Elk Grove, CA dealer for pick up on Dec. 15, 2016.

You can ask the dealer for the ship name once loaded. Then you can track its progress

The logistics company provided the ship name and departure date. Dropped of near Stuttgart mid Dec 2016 arrived at dealer 11 weeks later at end of Feb. Likely delayed due to Christmas and New Year holidays. Ship departure mid Jan, arrived San Diego mid Feb.

Hang in there...it feels like forever, but it’s worth the wait.

I dropped off my Q7 at Paris-CDG Airport on the 10th of September and it arrived at the dealership in New Jersey almost exactly 8 weeks later. Waiting for the re-delivery is the hardest part. Congratulations on your new vehicle. I hope you enjoyed your ED.
