When do you get the customer survey phone call?
 

There are questions on there regarding delivery, etc. Obviously these can only really be answered after I get the car here.

Evidently these are important to the dealer and sales staff, or they're made to think so.

Does bill of sale trigger it, or does final US delivery (which would make more sense)?
