Ze Autobaun
Where are the best sections of the autobaun, preferable between Munich and Paris to "experience maximum driving pleasure," in other words where can I drive it like I stole it?
It looks like I'll be there late Jul or early Aug, so I'm not getting my hopes up too much.
The other issue is, how fast can you really go on a brand new motor.

The A8, Munich to Stuttgart, has a few nice derestricted stretches. There is also a nice open stretch south of Munich on the A8 toward Salzburg.
Plot your route on Google maps, then look up the routes ( by A# ) on the website below.
From Munich to Stuttgart, I got the RS4 up to 140 before getting close to the 6000 RPM first stage breakin limit.

http://www.autobahnatlas-online.de/index_e.html
