1994 urs4 Value?
 

Hi, new to this forum and found a 94 urs4 emerald green on ecru. Registered as Nam title (not actual miles) and last reading was 181k in November of 17, carfax brings up a minor electrical fire in 2014 no sight of that in pictures, have yet to go see the car. It is stock all the way around. Very clean looking car but do not know the true value. The seller is asking 5000, minor paint blemishes and interior is immaculate. Thanks, any responses would be appreciated.
