Like a transmitter or does it like into the antenna? How are cassette adapters?

I don't know if Icelink makes an adapter for the 95.5 or not.

Default Yes. Best bet is to retrofit a Concert.

Cut one wire and run a new K-line and the Concert will plug right in. Look for the phatnoise instructions on s-cars.org.

Default I think they are both not the best sound quality....

But I have 3 cars and all three have tape decks. I think i'd prefer the cassette. Anyone use both and can recommend one over the other?

Default have used a Belkin transmitter before... here's a similiar one....

The belkin one sounded good - no complaints, limitation as told by a car stereo shop was that your music (CD/ipod) can only sound as good as FM radio. Was satisfactory for my needs with the stock stereo.

The link is to a transmitter for less than 15 bucks delivered (from Hong Kong) - seems to be adjustable so that you can change the channel you are transmitting to (in case a local station overpowers you). Has options to run on batteries and also 12V. No affiliation just something I came across.

HTH
