Default S26/102 Fuse Blown Constantly?

Hello! Im a new member of the forum and I have a sorta Unique problem it seems. I have a 1995 URS6 and I have an issue with it not starting after sitting for about 2 months while I replaced the fuel lines. The car sat in my garage and I made sure the Cowell drain isnt plugged so there isnt any water damage to the ECU. While troubleshooting the no start issue I found my s26/102 fuse right above my ECU was blown. I tried replacing it and as soon as it made contact it blew another fuse. I tried this about 3 times with the same result. Sounds like I may have a Wiring issue for power to the ECU? Any input on this issue would be great!

Assuming no water issues, something must have been moved/hit/modified when the fuel lines were done. Doesn't sound good. Sounds like an internal ECU short of some kind.

Have a read on THIS

Thanks for the reply! After some long research and calling around it sounds like it may have been caused by old wiring or some sort of short further up the harness. Im going to pull the ECU out and giving it a check to see if anything looks odd. But sadly Ill have to wait for it to warm up so I can check the wiring out. its been below 0 for a while up here in Minnesota.
