Default Fault codes 2341 & 2413, need some help...

...since my last post (link below), i've replaced with new:

- battery
- fuel pump
- fuel pressure regulator
- bypass valve
also cleaned the ISV & MAF and their connectors.

Car no longer has the stalling problem, but i'm still getting the two DTC's.

Car is a 95 S6 running IA III+ software, 102K miles.

Any help would be appreciated.

THANKS!

Default I'm just about out of ideas (previous posting) since both codes suggest...

that there is a fuel pressure problem.

2341 at the low end = fuel tank low (less than 10 L) resulting in fuel system pressure that is less than 3.3 bar (48 psi). Also "ignition system failure" (???)

2341 at the high end = Engine intake air leak after Mass Air Flow sensor (G70) (CHECK THIS)
-leak in exhaust system ahead of three way catalytic converter
- heated O2 senor (G39) malfunctioning (THIS COULD BE IT???)
- fuel system pressure greater than 4 bar (58 psi)

Default 2413 is "mixture adjustment" which could be caused by...

- fuel system pressure too low.

- spark plugs, ignition coil, ignition coil power output stage (POS) malfunctioning

- leakage in exhaust system before three way catalytic converter

-incorrect signal for mass air flow sensor (G70)

Solutions include filling fuel tank, repair leakage (re: MAF), check fuel system, check fuel system pressure, check G70 (MAF).

Are you near anybody with a MAF that you can swap for a few minutes?

Thanks Dave, I really appreciate all the advice! I'll have to find an MAF to swap and test.

Default Try putting the old O2 sensor back in, clear codes and see what happens

The error codes your showing indicate the ECU is attempting to adjust fueling but it can't reach the goal A/F ratio as determined by MAF, MAP & O2 sensors before it runs out of room for adaption.

If it's not a bad sensor then it has to be a real fuel supply problem. Since you've replaced everything else then also try the injectors ;-)

Default Thanks! I'll try the old O2 sensor first since I have it and then need to find/borrow an MAF

then might as well go full RS2 with injectors and new software, if the 02 sensor and MAF don't do the trick.
