Front speaker wire colors
I've never seen this before. The wires that go into the front drivers door have broken where the door meets the frame.I pulled the rubber boot back and there's at least 10-12 wires that are no longer connected. The wire condition is very poor.I can't believe how tight they are as well,no wiggle room at all.Eventually I'll get around to this but for right now I don't need the side mirror hooked up thanks to a deer.I don't need the memory seat working as I'm the only one that drives the car but I would like the stock speaker to work.
Any one have a diagram or know the colors of the speaker wires that I need to connect to make it work?

I finally got some time to look into this and although there is a lot of good info there I was unable to find a diagram that referenced the front speakers or radio.

All set.I ended up takeing the door card off anyway.
It's nice to have the other speaker working again. Now to figure out how to recharge the AC.I took a quick look and it looks like I'll need to crawl under the car...sigh. It figures,of course it's never easy. lol
Thanks much for the info.

Re: A/C recharge. The A/C system on these cars does not lend itself to DIY recharges (high pressure side connection only). I am pretty sure that you will have to take it into a shop to get it done safely.

You can do all the work except recharge the system if you like to DIY lots of dirty work. You can pressurize the system with any dry gas you choose, even R135a to check for the leak and change the o-rings at those leaking fittings. You can also find leaking connections by the telltale oil that leaks out with the refrigerant and replace those o-rings; replace the orifice tube (really good idea since this restriction catches lots of junk and can tell you a lot about system condition) since it is cheap and o-rings there. If the orifice has a lot of grey goop, you may want to solvent clean the evaporator, condenser and lines, and change the dryer/filter.
You can rent the a/c guage set and a vacuum pump to evacuate the system as a final check for leaks and maybe save some time and money if you negotiate that before the recharge. These tools are available from most parts stores for a security deposit only.
If the engine bay is dirty and/or oily, you might consider cleaning it up before you do your work and certainly before you have an a/c shop do any work. Clear all the codes off your ECU as well.
