my understanding is that the
urs4 is from 1992-1994 AAN
urs4 1994 (ABH) 280hp V8

urs6 (1995.5us) (till 1997 europe/canada)

urs6plus 326hp (AHK) avant or sedan V8

urs6 1994-1997 (ACE) V8 290hp????

what year were the s6plus and s6 v8?

There were also S4 V8s. But only in Europe, as were the S6+ and S6 V8.

correct but the U.S. only got S6's through 95.5. Canadia and Europe got them until 97'
 

the 95.5 is really a 96 though. The s6 plus was a 95 as far as I know and the s4 and s6 were offered in Europe with the 4.2 v8 option though not as high powered as what the s6 plus v8 had.

Er, that's "Canada", Yank. And yes we got 70 1997 S6s. Some are in the US now. I wonder...

the website below has a registration page that lists cars (and avants) built as late as 9/1997. Somewhat confusing.

Supposedly, 97 S6 plus sedans and 855 Avants were build by Quattro GmbH (like AMG is to Mercedes).

I know both can be with v8
