I keep getting this Cel

00516 - Closed Throttle (Idle) Position Switch (F60)
30-00 - Open or Short to Plus

Readiness: N/A

Indicates Throttle issues? I checked the connections... damn

I'd probably change the throttle potentiometer - aka TPS - aka Throttle position sensor.
