Default Picked up a very clean 1993 S4 the otherday

Hey guys, thursday I was able to go and rescue a very clean 93 s4. It has about 197k on the clock and is very clean. Some pictures can be found at. https://picasaweb.google.com/1063197...833/1993AudiS4

Hopefully I can go take some really nice pictures tomorrow. I found a few spots that might work very well.

Comments, opinions suggestions are all welcome.

Your photo link does not work. If you are Tristan from the Vancouver area, you have skylight mail.

Nice looking vehicle. You should plan to show it off at //SFest in Coventry, CT. That gathering of like-minded folks will occur Saturday, August 25th. It would be an excellent way to make contact with other owners in the area that might be helpful down the road, as well as many others from internet forums.

Check it out:

Sorry Tyler (T). Someone (a Tristan (T)) from my area just bought a 93 UrS4 from the Seattle area and I thought it might be you (T).

Nothing to see here folks, move along.

Thanks, I wouldn't call it a show car.

I S-fest seems like a really cool event. I will have to check it out.

It doesn't have to be a show car. Just show up. You will learn more about UrS cars in a few hours that weeks on this forum.

And by "show up" I mean register, pay your fees and attend.

It is not a car show. It is a festival of people who have connected through this vehicle. Lots of vehicles in the whole range of performance mods and cosmetic condition. And, guys that will drive a Bonneville just to get here. : )

Lots of sponsor support also. These guys will be there along with Coventry motors providing the site. Others that are too distant also support the event with hardware for the raffle.

Yeah it seems pretty cool, I think I am going to go.

On another note a sleight victory for me today, I discovered that It in fact has porsche 911 brakes in the front. The PO told me they were boxster, and when I went to get new pads the guy at autopart international told me they were 911 pads. So +1 for people who don't know what they are selling I suppose

I found some nice spots in my area today for taking some pictures, including a small airport near my house.

This is probably my favorite picture of the day
