Default Question on fuel pump?

I bought a 2871 turbo and plan on picking up a apikol fmic,injectors,tune,rs2 exhaust manifold will the stock fuel pump handle this power or do I need to call the guys at 034? My goal is to be 290-320 whp on pump gas not e85.

Default Fuel Pump Options

At 290 whp you are getting to the end of a good OE 091G fuel pump's capabilities. I have done 288 whp and a club member has done 294 whp (both with real RS2 EM, turbo, MAF, and injectors) on OE fuel pumps but they struggle to provide the required 86 psig at the fuel rail (4 Bar plus 28 psig boost). So upgrading the fuel pump is on my list of things to do - someday (I am running less agressive software now).

You can call 034 if you want but I would investigate the drop-in options provided by others:

Getting ready to do this. Is there a good write up on it? I found a few b5 write ups but I don't think it's close enough to use?

Thanks

Default Updated UrS Fuel Pump Testing and Replacement DIY pdf

Thanks for posting that link Go Heels. Unfortunately, that is an older version. The newer better version is this one:

Doesn't need to be empty but at or below the point that the 12.5L warning light comes on would be a good idea. As will long nitrile gloves for the hand than will be stuck into the hole (you can only get one in there). I found that it is actually better to look in the hole and visualize what you need to do to release the pump from its clips and then do it with your eyes closed (just by feel) because you can concentrate better. YMMV
