Question in regards of the power door locks..
 

so the drivers side doesnt arm the alarm. the passenger side and the trunklock does. hmmm... any recommendations ?

Bad microswitch. Both front doors and trunk lock should set the alarm with the key.

Same issue here, is the microswitch replacable?

Illustration 837-39 Item 3: 4A0 959 985 (left door), 986 (right door). It might just be a broken...
 

wire where the switch cables run out of the door to the body. Pull back the rubber boot and look for broken wires (worst case - the wire is broken inside the vinyl covering and you can't find it.)

I don't know the wire colour (its in the Bentley)
