rant: ps hose to steering rack leak fixed, but now ps pump to brake pressure accumulator hose leaks.
It's like I'm chasing a leak that doesnt want to go away.

lol. Welcome to an audi
an old joke my friends like to tell me:
Q: What do the 4 rings on the grill of an audi stand for? A: the 4 spots they leave behind after being parked (antifreeze, oil, power steering fluid, trans fluid)... |
spent more than 4 months to figure out leaks from...
the turbocharger system.
also got the power steering system leak as well. Just keep check and refuel the PS fluid every 2 weeks. |
He-he
When I bought mine steering was dry, everything else - mess.
Rebuilt power hose from pump to bomb, rebuilt PS pump. Staying dry for a year. I even have rust on X-plug :) Had a leak in cooling - replaced pump and all hoses. Now it seems that I have small drips from coolant level sensor (tank is about 2 year old) Had leak at rear differential - fixed. Now I have no leaks except for that tiny thing at coolant tank :) |
sounds like my cooling system
