Rear turn signal always on when headlights are on

Hey guys,

I have a '95 S6, manual tranny. Up until recently everything was working fine. Then my right rear turn signal bulb went out. I replaced it and the left one at the same time. Now they both work fine when the headlights are not turned on but when I turn the headlights on the right one lights up continuously and won't blink. The left one is still fine and blinks when it's supposed to. I've traded the left and right bulbs but the problem doesn't follow the bulbs. Could it be the housing that the bulbs fit into that is the problem? It looks to be just a collection of metal fingers to route the current to the proper connections on the bulbs so I don't know how that could have gone bad. Any suggestions? If I need a need housing where can I find one of those?

Also, any idea where the backup light switch is located?

Weird rear light behavior is often traced to a bad ground connection. When you lose the ground, the tail and turn filaments end up being connected in series and weird stuff happens. I believe the backup light switch is on the tranny. About 90% confidence on that.

Hi guys, quick question – I have brand new Q8 (2021), but in our country Alexa voice assistant is disabled (but in other countries Audi with MIB3 platform have Alexa allowed, so it is only software issue). So is there a chance to allow Alexa via OBDeleven tool? And which version of OBDeleven do you recommend? NextGen, Pro or Basic? I am thinking about the NextGen version, but I have to be sure :-)

With the help of Retom, was able to turn on the emergency braking flashers... When suddenly braking from 60 down to 0, brake lights flash, then go to hazards if I go all the way to a stop.

Closed road under police supervision somewhere in rural America.

Next video, I will hit the brakes just after I pass the camera?
