Default Sulphur smell

Here's a question
Eveytime I drive the car hard and I mean red lining and just taking it through its paces. I get sulpher burnt smell the one you get from lighting a match stick. ... is this cats or clutch burn? Reason I say clutch cause under full throttle at higher rpms the car cuts out, but the fuel pump/fuel filter/coils are new

What else could it be?

Thanks

The sulfur smell is most likely the catalytic converter working overtime with the additional load.

Clutches and brakes smell more like hot electrical components.
