Turbo Coolant Return Line (N0202621) & Other Cooling System Components
Well the new blower motor & heater core are now installed on my '95.5 S6, 145K miles. While the cooling system is partially drained I've decided to address some of the other coolant related items on Dave F's "Things that will fail..." list (see below). Planning on flushing the entire cooling system & filling with new G12+ coolant.
1. The Turbo Coolant Return Line (N0202621) was replaced on 11/3/2010 @ 131K miles (original one had a leak). The invoice I have for this work does not indicate a part number so it might not be the high temp OEM hose thus considering replacing. Understand this hose is NLA so what are the options or does someone have a piece of this hose (understand it was sold in bulk roll) they can sell me. Other sources/thoughts?
2. Will likely replace the short hose (034121063C) just below the Turbo Coolant Return Line
3. Replaced the Coolant Adapter (034121143E). The existing one, the original, actually broke in the process of removing from the back of the engine block. Guess it was on its last legs. Had previously replaced the Climate Control Coolant "T" in this same area (1/24/2013 @ 141K miles). It did break while the car was being driven but I was lucky to be close to home & made it back without overheating.
4. Plan on replacing the After Run Coolant Pump (034965561C).
5. I understand that the replacement Thermostat Housing (074121121B) is plastic, is that the case on the original which is still in service (car is in the shop so I've yet to take a look)? If the original is plastic it probably should replaced based on longevity history of other plastic cooling system components. A new thermostat was installed on 9/12/2006 @119K miles...should I replace? Replacement of the O-ring Seal (N90136802) will also be necessary if these other items are done.
All for now. In advance THANKS for any & all help and BTDTs.

Turbo Coolant Hose Alternatives: Gates Durion Hose Part #26239
For the turbo coolant return hose k2exoman said:
""Additionally, I picked up a section of the suggested Gates Durion Hose Part #26239 @ $8.29/ft
In a pinch, the specs and price-point (my local FLAPS gave me ~2ft for the price of one!) make it seem to be an affordable FLAPS alternative.
Temperature Rating: -70 Deg. F to +400 Deg. F (-57 Deg. C to +204 Deg. C).
Working Pressure (psi): 60 psi
Inside Diameter: 3/8 Inch
Additionally as shown in the following pictures, the hose is reinforced and similarly built to the stock hose.
UrS4boy has correctly indicated the temp specs *might* not be high enough so YMMV..."
Since then, several UrS owners have used this hose successfully (no final word on longevity yet)
