urs4 won't shift into reverse
I just recently replaced the steering damper on my urs4 and after the install. I can't shift into reverse. Anybody ever experience anything like this.

I've occasionally had to roll my car a few feet or rock it to get reverse into gear - that was true with my B5 A4 as well. I chalk that up to wear and tear.
