Default Adaptive Chassis Question

I have had my Q8 on Individual, Comfort and Auto. I have noticed that when I come to a complete stop, 5/6 times the car raises up and adjusts like I made a change to the Drive Select.

Anyone know why that would happen or if it is expected behavior?

The car has lowered itself at highway speed for better aerodynamics and raises to normal height when you stop.

This image is for D4 A8 and the specifics may be different for the Q8 (i.e. maybe the Q8 also lowers in comfort) but it gives you some idea of what I am saying. It should also be mentioned in the manual.

Can you switch off the feature that automatically raises up the car when you come to a stop and have it in Individual, Comfort and Auto? I am uncomfortable with a car that thinks for me too much.
