Ordered my Q8 back on December 15th. On 1/13/19 it was scheduled for build (week 6), completed build on 2/13/19, left Emden 2/27/19, and is currently bobbing around in the Atlantic Ocean on its way to Davisville RI (via Halifax). For there I am figuring it'll take rail trip to Maryland. It should arrive about 3 weeks before the dealer's original allotment for this order was scheduled to arrive.
Trying to be patient.

I had my dealer sign me up for the Owner in Waiting Program to get the basic email updates during the process, and kept asking my dealer to look up the details that gives the actual dates and details on transportation.

Oh ok, I have that as well. I just received an email on the 24th that it's scheduled to be built. But I was surprised at how detailed you're information was. Judging by your timeline which I like, I should be receiving mine in mid to end of April. :: Fingers crossed::
