Does the service bulletin narrow down the number of cars that might have the problem?

I purchased my first Audi, a Q8, about two weeks ago. After three days the two center MMI screens went blank, where I lost temperature, music and navigation controls and a message popped up indicating "Drive system malfunction! Please contact Service". I stopped, turned off the car and then turned it back on with the same problem and an "Initializing" message came up in addition to the previous message. The screen never did initialize, but the car was still able to drive.

I took the car in for service and was told that a hard reboot of the system was performed and that it was fixed and ready to be picked up. I went to pick the car up and as soon as I turned it on the same messages and blank screens appeared. I was later informed that a module has been ordered and I will be contacted as soon as the car is ready.

I will update as soon as I have more information or the car is repaired.

Yikes this is happening to a number of Q8ís it seems. If anyone can post a specific TSB relating to this it would be helpful.

It would be nice if someone could post the bulletin here.
Iím in Canada, the dealership said there is nothing on the bulletin for this model.

Is anyone positive that a TSB for this issue actually exists? According to my Service Advisor it doesn't yet.
This is a very new issue & Audi is known for taking a great deal of time to actually issue TSBs - look how long it took for the overhead view camera issue in 2018 Q&, Q5, A4, etc. - over a year.
On the b right side it's an easily diagnosable failure. If it happens, get to the dealer. They can scan & the fault with the fuel control module will pop up. If these things are failing in quantity, the only issue might be parts availability.
